Presentation of Decorations
Before proceeding with the business of the Council HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR
presented the badge of Officer of the Order of the British Empire to the Hon. Mr. S. B. C. Ross, and the badge
of Member of the Order of the British Empire to Mr. G. P. de Martin, and to Mr. F. J. de Rome. The honours had been
by the Council and signed by H.E. the Governor.
